Another family session from last fall!

This little family was so fun.. their little guy was just loving the camera!  It was the perfect fall afternoon.. and this first image still remains one of my all time favourite photos.

Love the fall colours.  Oh boy.. and the little elbow patches on his sweater, oh my gosh.. don’t even get me started!  So cute!  Even though it is starting to really feel like summer here these past few days.. fall clothes still remain my favourite!

Purebudget - This family is adorable!! I love all the candid moments you got to capture. So cute!ReplyCancel

Hello my friends.  It has sadly been pretty quiet here hasn’t it?  I hate that.  Time to get this straightened out, don’t you think?

I was thinking that a good way to break the ice over here was to just do a random collage post.. some things that I am loving right now.  A collection of images that just makes me want to.. do. So much goodness in these images, how can one not have the urge to get out and create and take pretty pictures?

It is finally feeling a bit like summer here.. it will begin to get nice and warm, and then cool off to a chill. We haven’t had a decent stretch of real summer weather yet though.  Part of me is ok with that, as I am not much of a lover of hot hot.  Today is beautiful though.. wishing I was outside, maybe when the kids get home we will head to the park.

All of these pretties were found on Pinterest.. but will link below where I can.  If I miss any, and you happen to know the source.. please do let me know! Hope you are having a lovely warm day wherever you are! xo

Tai - Yes! I check your blog almost everyday! You are seriously awesome!ReplyCancel

You guys, I am so behind on blogging.  It makes me so sad.. time to get back at it I say!  This beautiful couple spent some time with me last fall.  Yes, that’s right.. last fall.  I know.  This session deserves some blog time!

The day we had set up happened to be dreary.  I was chatting with the bride-to-be before hand and I am so so so thankful that she decided to go with it.. we decided to embrace the rain!

This just might be one of my favourite sessions to date.. I find I am always chasing that low golden sun light, but this time it was so refreshing to shoot with the cloud covered skies.  We all ended up drenched by the end, but it was so so so worth it.

Aren’t they an adorable couple? ..and so so so in love.  I had so much fun with these two.. soooo many times I had to take a deep breath and recover from my laughing fits! ha ha ha!  SO MUCH FUN.  So happy they braved the rain, and they were seriously up for anything!  Love that.

Wish you guys all the best!!

Emma Vogelsang - This looks like so much fun, and so different with all the rain! I so want to do a photo shoot on a rainy day. Thanks for the inspiration! I absolutely love the third to last photo – so cute!

Every now and then, me and this girl go on little adventures.  The good for the soul kind of adventures.  We grab our coffees (ok, coffee for me.. frappuccino for her) and we head out to find the perfect location for little mini shoots.

This time, we explored our way into the woods.. and it is one of my favourite locations to date!

“and forget not that the earth delights to feel your bare feet and the winds long to play with your hair” – kahlil gibran this quote!

Can’t wait for our next little adventure.. I think I have something a little crazy in mind! hee!
